There are 4 easy steps to use our Visitor Registration Module:
- Check in at the Wiflex Kiosk
Upon arrival, visitors can check in at the Wiflex kiosk, which is available in multiple languages. Visitors will be prompted to fill in their name and who they are meeting. Press submit, and the first step is completed! - Onboard on the WiFi
Visitors will receive a visitor badge as well as a secure Wi-Fi password. That way, they can already onboard on the Wi-Fi using the Wi-Fi key or QR-code displayed on the Wiflex Kiosk while they wait. - Notification to host
After the visitor has checked in at the Wiflex kiosk, the host will automatically be notified about their arrival. You can choose whether you like to be notified via email or text message. - Let’s get started!
Wi-Fi? Check! Notification? Check. The meeting can start smoothly. Afterwards, the visitor can easily check out so that you always have an accurate overview of which visitors are still present.
